  • We accept returns or exchanges only on items that are unopened, unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging within 3 days of delivery.
  • If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at kbeautyboutique.customercare@gmail.com for a replacement or refund.
  • For health and safety reasons, once hair has been opened, installed, altered, or worn, it is non-returnable and non-refundable.
